"This was my second time visiting Rachael for my lips and won’t be the last. Rach always talks through everything so thoroughly, listens to what you want to achieve and helps you understand the process. This time, we made some minor tweaks to what we did before, meaning I knew I was going to get the outcome I expected and not go overboard. I would also hands down trust Rach to tell me if something wasn’t right for me or would be moving away from enhancing to overfilled. Rach consistently checks in with you throughout the appointment, really wants to know if you’re happy with the initial results and is a consummate professional!
