Booking & cancellation policy
A £30.00 deposit is taken at time of booking.
£30 Booking Fee is required at time of booking appointment. This will be deducted from final payment at time of appointment.
A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.
No refunds: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule, your payment cannot be returned.
