Booking & cancellation policy

A £50.00 deposit is taken at time of booking.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final treatment cost. If you reschedule with 48 hours’ notice or more, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, but at least 24 hours’ notice, will be charged at 50% of the booked treatment cost. Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will be charged at 100%. Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the cancellation charge, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.
