Booking & cancellation policy
A £30.00 deposit is taken at time of booking.
To secure your appointment, a £30 non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost on the day of your appointment. By booking, you agree to this deposit policy.
A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.
- Cancel within 1 day of your appointment — 100% charge applies
- Cancel within 2 days of your appointment — 50% charge applies
