Booking & cancellation policy
A £25.00 deposit is taken at time of booking.
£25 non refundable booking fee. This is deducted from the cost of treatment on the day. This is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note: You can reschedule ONCE with 72+ hours notice free of charge Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice will require a new booking fee Life happens, I completely understand that, but to keep things fair for everyone and protect the time I set aside for you, I do have a clear booking policy. IMPORTANT Booking fees and payments are non-refundable, including if: - You become unwell - You change your mind - You are unable to attend You will lose your booking fee if you: - Cancel your appointment - Reschedule with less than 72 hours notice - You attempt to reschedule more than once. - You do NOT show for your appointment. - You arrive after the 10 minute lateness window. - Bring an under 18 year old with you (under 18s are NOT allowed in clinic for health and safety reasons and for my insurance. You will be turned away and booking fee lost. You accept this when making an online booking. These booking fees are required for all of our consultations and bookings. This is to secure the booking slot and the medical practitioner's time, prevents no shows and ensures that we are given the required notice if you wish to cancel / reschedule you appointment.
A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.
- Cancel within 12 hours of your appointment — 50% charge applies
No refunds: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule, your payment cannot be returned.
