Booking & cancellation policy
A £25.00 deposit is taken at time of booking.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required. This deposit is transferable within a 48-hour period; otherwise, it cannot be transferred, and a further deposit will be required. The deposit will be deducted from the final treatment balance.
- Cancel within 1 day of your appointment — 20% charge applies
No refunds: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule, your payment cannot be returned.
