Booking & cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is taken at time of booking.
A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.
No refunds: Deposits and payments are refundable when cancellations are made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 10% of the treatment price or £25, whichever is greater. Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of twice. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of 100% of your deposit. Once a treatment has been carried out, refunds will not be offered.
