A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.

No refunds: A £30 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations, rescheduling within 48 hours, or failure to attend will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment price. Booking fees are non-refundable at all times.
