Booking & cancellation policy

A £50.00 deposit is taken at time of booking.

A £50 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment. .

A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.

Cancel within 12 hours of your appointment — 100% charge applies
Cancel within 1 day of your appointment — 50% charge applies
