Booking & cancellation policy

A £25.00 deposit is taken at time of booking.

A £25 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is deducted from the final treatment balance on the day.

A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.

Cancel within 1 day of your appointment — 50% charge applies

No refunds: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule, your payment cannot be returned.
