A £50.00 deposit is taken at time of booking.
A deposit will be taken for certain treatments at the time of booking and will be deducted from the cost.
A platform fee (5.4% + 20p) applies to all online payments (card, Klarna and Clearpay) and is shown in your total before you pay. Cash and pay-in-clinic bookings carry no fee.
- Cancel within 1 day of your appointment — 100% charge applies
- Cancel within 3 days of your appointment — 50% charge applies
No refunds: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule, your payment cannot be returned.
